Price: All prices are EXW. Knebel, Denmark excluding VAT.
Terms: Net cash prior to delivery for customers without established credit. First time customers and others: pre-payment in full prior to shipment.
Freight: May be prepaid and added to the invoice if so desired. Otherwise will be determined and collected by the carrier. Weights listed are approximate and may vary. Shipment will be made by the quickest, most economical and practical means possible, unless we are given other specific instructions. Products are shipped knocked down to keep shipping costs at a minimum.
Specifications: All specifications were in effect at the time of printing of this catalog, however, since product improvements are always being made, we reserve the right to change designs, specifications and discontinue products without notice. Where changes have been made, revised products will be shipped unless specific arrangements have been made to the contrary. Measurement and weight listed are approximate, and may vary from unit to unit.
IMPORTANT LEAD TIME AND DELIVERY SCHEDULING INFORMATION
We stock products and try to maintain 24 hour shipping as a rule. We may experience delays in supply, due to longer lead-time, and transport when ordering larger number of units. When it comes time to place your order, we encourage you to order as early as possible.
Product Warranty
A 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship is offered across Europe. Model UT and XT rectangular table frames are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the original owner.
Warranty period applies from the date of delivery. If a product or component fails during the warranty period, coverage is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part, at the
discretion of the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be led within the warranty period, and must include a copy of the invoice or the purchase order.
The above warranties are valid ONLY if the products:
a) are assembled and installed according to manufacturer’s specifications and instructions
b) have been properly maintained according to manufacturer’s instructions
c) have not been altered by the addition or deletion of parts, or modified in any other manner
d) have not been subject to misuse, vandalism, negligence or damage by accident
e) have not been subject to corrosive environments
The warranties do not cover:
a) vandalism.
b) damage caused by incorrect assembly, installation orapplication (use).
c) natural or man-made disasters.
d) cosmetic changes in the product due to weathering, including paint fading or the discoloration of wood, or the color fading caused by exposure to natural elements or chemicals.
e) scratches, dents, or marring caused by normal use andpublic exposure.
f) season checks, twisting or splintering of wood caused byclimatic differences or lack of proper maintenance.
g) loss or damage in transit while the product is the responsibility of the carrier.
h) The high heat paint, as it will burn away over time, and the products will rust without impairing the use of the product.
i) premature rust-through of grill reboxes/stoves due toimproper cleaning or maintenance.
j) premature rusting or discoloring caused by a corrosive environment.
Lumber used for benches/tables and high heat paint has a one
year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Except as specifically stated herein, all warranties (expressed or implied), including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are
hereby excluded. This warranty excludes any liability other than expressly stated, including but not limited to any incidental or consequential damages. Labor, installation, and/or reinstallation and any related costs including, but not limited to, removal of product, shipping, fabrication and
service time for on-site assessment of alleged defects are not included. Labor, transportation, insurance and other incidental costs of repair or replacement shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.
