Covered Grills hold in smoke and heat. Covers also keep rain and snow out of rebox to prolong life of grill. Model EC-26 provides 65×39 cm of cooking area.
Single level cooking grate is hinged to tip up for easy access to re grate. Fire grate keeps coals off bottom of rebox. This provides better draft control and prolongs life of grill. The re grate also tips up for easy ash clean out through side door.
Four adjustable draft vents control re and cooking rate. Full contact rear edge between bottom and cover pro- vides draft control when lid is open. Continuous 360-de- gree rotation in either direction is provided on theft-proof swivel attachment to 9 cm OD x 100 cm long base post (B2) for embedded installation.
Both grill rebox and cover have a 25 mm formed ange to provide at, stable contact perimeter and to substan- tially reinforce grill halves. Slotted steel hinges allow grill cover to adjust to an obstruction, eliminating potential pinch points. Once fully open the cover is locked in place and cannot be closed without deliberate user action. Grill cover and grate handle grips are 3 mm x 13 mm coiled steel bar.
All-welded construction. Heavy gauge steel is used for cover 1,6 mm, bottom 2,5 mm, and end panels 2,0 mm. Cooking and re grates are created using 13 mm dia. steel bar, with 16 mm dia. handle bars. Unit is nished with high temp non-toxic black enamel paint.
